A full body conditioning session designed to build strength, fitness, and endurance.

You’ll move through each station, keeping things steady and consistent.

Format:

3 Stations

55 seconds per exercise

2 rounds per station

Then move to the next station. Drink break in between stations.

  • Step Ups

  • Single Arm Alternating Ball Slam

  • KB Swings

  • Glute Bridge

    Optional progressions:

  • Single Leg, One leg in air.

  • One leg on roller

  • In-Out Squats

  • Ball Plank

  • Ball Pull Ins

  • Bicycle Crunch

STATION 3

  • Bent Over Row

  • Push Ups

  • Split Lunge / Static Lunge (1 station each leg)
